About

Margaret is a startup founder turned VC, having worked everything from product management to business development to team building, now taking that experience to help founders accelerate.

She was co-founder of Yet Analytics, a dual-use data interoperability company that provides software products to enterprise learning and training organizations across government, industry, and academia. 

As Principal at Squadra Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in early stage cyber and national security technology companies advancing the critical edge, she supports the dual-use enterprise software portfolio and believes that exceptional teams are the key to outsized success. 

Working with portfolio companies to accelerate and resource key strategic initiatives, drive focus on revenue operations, and develop leadership capacity, Margaret helps startup CEOs tell, sell, and share their stories, and is fondly referred to as a "founder therapist." 

She received a BA in English & Environmental Earth Science and an MA in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University. All in, she is a team builder, systems thinker, and a chaos curator!
