ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Tara Gadgil is a Partner on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2016 as a Vice President, and today focuses on the firm’s application software practice. Before joining Thoma Bravo, Tara served as a Vice President at Berkshire Partners. Previously, she served as an Associate at TPG Growth and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Tara was named to Wall Street Journal PRO Private Equity's "Women to Watch" list in 2021 and to Buyouts’ "Women in PE" list in 2019. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB in Government and Economics from Harvard University.

Pam Brylski is Head of North America Capital Formation and Managing Director at Helios Investment Partners , driving capital initiatives and strategic partnerships. She previously led Shenkman Capital’s family office business and held senior roles at BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and The Carlyle Group. Before finance, she was a private equity attorney and White House intern. She’s on WAVE’s Executive National Board, founded its Southeast chapter, and is a CFR member. Recognition includes Wall Street Journal’s Women to Watch, PEI 40 under 40, and InvestmentNews Rising Star. She holds a B.A. from University of Texas at Austin and J.D. from Georgetown Law.
