With more than two decades of experience, she has advised private equity firms, law firms, professional sports organizations, and multinational corporations on complex pre-transaction due diligence engagements, fraud investigations, and other high-stakes matters.
Throughout her career, Joann has led hundreds of investigative engagements across the globe, supporting mergers and acquisitions, pre-transaction risk assessments, litigation, asset recovery efforts, and strategic intelligence initiatives. Her extensive experience helping clients navigate complex business challenges has established her as a trusted advisor to organizations operating in dynamic and highly regulated environments.
At RosettiStarr, Joann is a member of the Professional Services Group, where she advises client facing sensitive, high impact business challenges. Leveraging her deep investigative, due diligence, and risk management expertise, she helps organizations identify potential exposures, mitigate risk, and make informed decisions with confidence.
Joann holds a Master of Science in Economic Crime Management from Utica University and a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University.
