Silver Oak Services Partners, LLC is a middle market private equity firm focused on investments in business, healthcare and consumer services. Silver Oak utilizes a proactive, research-led investment process to identify attractive sectors for investment and seek out the best potential management teams and investment opportunities. We bring extensive services industry expertise and relationships to our investments and work closely with our management teams to drive long-term value creation. Silver Oak typically seeks to acquire companies with EBITDA ranging from $4 to $25 million and typically invests between $10 million and $50 million in each portfolio company.

Silver Oak has over $1.5 billion of capital under management, and the firm is currently investing out of its fourth fund, a $525 million investment vehicle raised in 2019. The firm has continuously increased its fund size, and due to the fund’s growth and success, Silver Oak is looking to add an experienced Vice President to the team in 2025. Job Description
Silver Oak has a partnership-oriented culture, and the Vice President position will be an integral part of a small, experienced investment team. The firm’s size offers significant long-term potential as well as direct interaction with senior investment professionals. Deal teams are small, which requires professionals to be proactive and highly involved in all aspects of the investment process and portfolio management.

The Vice President position has a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Sourcing of potential investment opportunities
• Evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Deal execution, including leading all aspects of due diligence
• Working with existing portfolio companies including board level management
• Industry research and sector evaluation

Qualifications
• Minimum of five to seven years of total work experience, including at least one to three years of direct private equity or principal investing experience at the Vice President/Senior Associate level
• Superior academic and performance record
• Strong analytical, financial and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills and a high level of maturity
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as on a team
